A flat shipping fee of 10 QAR is applied to all orders, regardless of size or location within Qatar.

2. Delivery Method
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as our payment method. Customers can pay for their orders in cash at the time of delivery.

3. Delivery Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery is usually completed within 2–4 business days after processing.

4. Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation message. Our delivery team may contact you to confirm details before dispatch.

5. Delivery Attempts
Please ensure someone is available to receive the order. If delivery is unsuccessful, our team will contact you to reschedule.
