At Talelly, we want every family to love the stories they receive. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple and fair refund and return policy.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
Customers may request a refund for any physical story product purchased from www.talelly.com if they did not like the story.
To be eligible for a refund:
- The request must be made within 14 days of receiving the product
- The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us by email:
Include the following information:
- Order number
- Customer name
- Reason for the refund (optional, but helpful)
Our team will respond within 3–5 business days with return instructions.
3. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method
- Talelly is not responsible for items lost during return shipping
4. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after approval
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error)
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

If you would like to exchange a story for a different one, please contact us and we will be happy to assist, subject to availability.
